We accept returns on unworn, lace-uncut wigs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a return request to receive an RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Place the wig in its original netting and bag. Ensure all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
